A continuation around the highest part of the Den of Alyth, making a circular tour.
Uphill walk on just a narrow path amongst the trees and old mossy fungus covered logs. Cache is hidden near the field edge beside an old stone wall.
Please watch youngsters where this path around gets close to steep
sloping sides down the den. Will be slippery when wet.
In places you can see views down to the water as it gurgles along. Listen out for woodpeckers, or if you are lucky you may even spot the elusive red squirrel on the lower slopes.
