A second attempt, my first hide turned out to be a wee bit too close to the tracks...
This seemingly innocuous park is somewhat of an anomaly. It was once a corner lot, green and empty. As a result of some green space requirement wheeling and dealing between the city of Winter Park and a local developer, the land was "donated" to the city. The park is rarely visited due to the lack of dedicated parking, perhaps we can change that!
The coordinates will get you close and possibly wet if you come within range of the cantankerous fountain. While there, make sure you gaze upon the wonder that is Villa View Park, where there is neither a villa to be seen nor a view for that matter. For bonus points see if you can figure out what the bricked area looks like from the air.
Cache is decent quality small ammo container, some trinkets and a handy micro tool for the FTF. Happy hunting!
