[NO] Andedammen på Valle er liten og ikke alltid like velduftende, men det er absolutt et flott område med majestetiske trær og store finne gressplener. Er man glad i utendørsaktivitet er dette absolutt ikke et dumt sted å være. Om sommeren er det et fint sted for grilling og ballspill, mens det om vinteren kan akes eller man kan gå korte skiturer (barn f.eks).

Inne på området ligger også flere fotballbaner, og brakka til Vålerenga fotball. Et par steinkast unna er skøytebanen og flerbrukshallen med bl.a. treningssenter og fra tid til annen, konserter. Dette er også området hvor VIF's nye stadion er planlagt oppført. Om det noen gang blir noe av, gjenstår å se.

[EN] The open areas of Valle Hovin are great for recreational use. Although the duck pond might not always smell nice, the area certainly has its charm. Ideal for ball games and relaxing in the summer months. Right nearby is also the training ground for local football club Vålerenga IF, as well as an ice skating rink and a large arena which is used for sports, events and concerts This is also the site of a previously planned stadium for said football club that has yet to come to fruition.
