This is part of a series of quick Park n Grabs started in Springfield. If you are familiar with my other hides, it will be obvious what you are looking for.
I have increased the difficulty since many have failed to easily locate (and I have added a better hint). Also, no crawling is required! Cache is within arm's reach.
My in-laws live in Windsor so we frequently visit the area. Since the Frisco Highline trail is saturated with geocaches, I've taken the lead in placing this one an object that belongs to the city of Windsor, and still near the Katie Trail. So, here is an attempt to bring cachers to the trail!
