Pemberton Historical Park
sits along the Wicomico River near Salisbury, MD. The
Park is comprised of 262 acres of forest, field and wetland
habitats. Pemberton Historical Park has 4.5 miles of nature
trails (Trail Info N 38* 20.852’ W 075*
38.549’) that will lead you through a variety of
surroundings. This trail system exhibits every habitat present
within the lower Eastern Shore except a salt marsh. While
exploring, you can enjoy many of the plants and animals indigenous
to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Take a moment to take in the
beauty of the tidal wetlands and the Wicomico River at one of the
many overlooks.
The cache is located just a little over .2 trail
miles from CAM 2010- Pemberton Historical Park roughly 50’
off the Wetlands Walk near one of the overlooks.
