A small Cache located near an important part of the Railway History on Eyre Peninsula; The rail yards at Port Lincoln.
What was once the start of the line for Rail on Eyre Peninsula is now the end of the line for many of the freight trains which cross the wheat fields and grazing pastures of Eyre Peninsula. Each year millions of tonnes of grain are transported from silos further north.
And when the grain trains arrive back in Lincoln, they serve as a constant reminder of how rail helped open up the country, providing a link to remote places like Minnipa, Buckelboo and Balumbah.
But not everything went according to plan, derailments could mean the loss of lives and produce, and so maintenance crews would set out to repair the damage.
The nearby Railway Station now houses a Museum which is well worth a visit.
This area can be very busy so stealth is required at times. Be on the lookout for muggles in all directions.
