Under the Lumber Traditional Cache

Usually a forest floor is covered in fallen logs but this geocache is hidden under a small platform made of processed wood.
This is one of three caches hidden along the Charlie Hardy Trail that follows the Charlie Hardy Creek. It is a great trail for walking the dog, letting your kids burn off steam, or getting some exercise. It is a steep but pleasant climb up.
The easiest way to get to this cache is to walk up the hill along the main path until your GPS is telling you that you're close to the GZ. The cache is hidden on a trail that runs parallel to the main one about 15 meters to the left, so you'll have to go "off-trailing" to get there.
6th Street is a dead end road and when you get to the end of it if you veer off to the right you'll see a grate covering a creek bed on the right side of the road and you can park there. There are a couple of houses on the right up ahead but the trail is on the left not far passed the grate on the creek.
