There are no obsticles, except muggles, to obtaining this cache. Muggles are more likely in late afternoon and evening, and on weekends.
Many cachers are veterans, so it just seemed natural that there should be a series of caches located where veterans are found.
This is an easy park and Grab. This cache is just too small for a pen, and as always, hide it back were you found it for others to find. The FTF prize is one of my Geocacher: ATPerkins coins.
