Geocache Description:


Once upon a time there were lots of cucumbers grown around here. Well there was a shed here where farmers would bring them to be grated and graded for pickles. My father would load the cucumbers on large trucks and transport them to Texarkana where they would be put into large vats of salt water. The process of a pickle was beginning. The pickle shed was in the back part of this lot with the sale barn closer to the highway. There may be lots of people around if you come on a Thursday due to the cattle sale. Please find a preform soda bottle with a log.
