Geocache Description:

You are looking for a round locking container that is about 30 feet off the trail.

After doing some of the many caches at Stewart State Forest, we thought it would be fun to create a similar trail here at the 909. With 909 acres, there’s lots of room for more! Parking available at the end of Pond Gut Road, but it's not always plowed in the winter.

You won’t actually find a three toed woodpecker here. They live in the boreal forest – like the Adirondacks. But the cache location might be the closest thing we have to one.

New Year’s Resolution # 7 of 12.
