Nice little park by the river. Container is a magnetic with log an pencil.
I'm not sure a lot of people even know about this nice little park. It was put here through the efforts of the local rotary club. Must be a very active club here in town as they are doing an excellent job with these parks. There are several shelters with tables, barbecue grills and many small trees that will be very nice someday. There is also a walking trail all along the river and a stairway down to the river. This is a popular place to fish once they start the water flowing from the dam which happened about Feb 15 this year. The fishing should be getting good soon. This can be accessed from down town by turning south on Foch and following it to the river. Spend some time by the river. It is very peaceful here. There is also quite a bit of hot water that discharges into the river here from all the bath houses in the area. These hot springs run year round at about 105 degrees.
