Geocache Description:

Congrats to YarnoMe & YarnoDe (joint Log, per sheet) for TTF!!
Congrats also for FTF goes to rbrej6201.
In this particular case, I chose to give the Headline for the TTF. (THIRD to Find) But I also gave congrats for the more familiar FTF as well. :)

Originally I had a planned series of 5 caches that would have taken y'all through some nice bike/hike trails that run within Briarcliff Estates. But... that wasn't available after all, 'cause the trails are all Private. All is not lost however, for here is the originally proposed Site #3. All I had to do was go to the other side of the fence to make this cache available to everyone in a public Park. Adding even more meaning to the name of this cache is the fact that this will be the 3rd cache that is located within the Riverfront Park. While you're here taking in this cache, Do look through the fence and take a look at the little lake that I had in mind taking you to in the first place. I hope that you enjoy the view while your here.

Attributes for the Cache:
Simple Parking is here.
Park Hours: Dawn to Dusk.
Porta Potty Restroom Available "In Season". (I'll adjust the Attribute accordingly)
Requires Stealth, at times, cause this park can get busy.
