Quick two stage multi. Located next to a state highway. Not too much traffic but keep an eye on the little ones. There should be plenty of room to park on the side roads.
This cache is located near a PHC marker commemerating Ida Tarbell. Also for a short time in the Spring and after very heavy rains, the area below the road resembles a lake. This is caused by the flood control of French Creek by the Union City Dam which is located over 4 miles away.
This section of highway is raised above the original roadbed, which can still be seen, depending on your vantage point, to the northwest, because of this. The old road also still shows up on Google maps but it's gated on both ends.
