Geocache Description:

Another Rokman army green micro. The hint will help you if you need it.

Most of Dallas was owned by Mr. Johnson who farmed it. Some of Dallas was in fields of tomatoes farmed by hard working Chinese farmers. They also tryed to farm potatoes. Jack Beecher tryed an apple orchard while west of this was in hay. Then a good area of Dallas went into subdivion and DVA land. As folks came to live here a community was formed. A group of neighbours held meetings to form the first community association. One such meeting took place on Ridge Rd at Mr and Mrs Thomas's house. They were trying to come up with a name for the area and asked the local farmer Mr. Johnson if he would mind if they named it after him. He was a very humbel man who politly turned it down. A respected lady in the community,Eleanor Coster understood and promptly requested to name it after his daughter, Dallas. I think Mr. Johnson was very proud of this move.
