Geocache Description:

A tiny cache is hidden at the lower entrance of Hitotsuki Koen Park.

I found this cozy park right behide the TBS complex. A steep stairway seems to be a shortcut to and from the TBS.

The cache is magnetic and placed at about 2m high.
