Vista Conservancy Traditional Cache
düg: Could not locate it. My original hint is no longer helpful with all the extra growth. The surrounding vegetation also seemed to smell similar to human BO so I decided the fun factor on this one was zero so time to move on.

Small cammoed container about 500 feet down from the trail head at
Capri Drive. Keep your feet on the trail. It can be reached from
there.
From the North County Times:
Over the past few months the conservancy has been working on
cleaning up the vacant land to the west which was once home to the
Sycamore Creek Mobile Home Park, to make way for the extension that
will nearly double the length of the trail and create a pedestrian
link between Brengle Terrace Park and Wildwood Park. Volunteers and
workers have been removing chunks of concrete from the site, wiping
away graffiti and clearing brush to prepare the trail extension for
the public.
The nonprofit is also constructing a 2,000-foot mesh fence along
the trail to create an open-air gallery where works of art will be
displayed. On Saturday, about 100 feet of the fence will be used to
display portraits of celebrities with ties to North County,
including Tony Hawk and Shaun White. The portraits are part of the
first exhibition, the Walk of Fame, that will be displayed
beginning May 30.
The trail will be open from dawn to dusk each day. It will also be
patrolled at night by private security guards to keep vandals
away.
Please practice good Geocaching etiquette. Hide the
cache well even if you found it exposed. Remove any debris (leaves,
twigs etc) you find in the cache. If you trade please leave
something of equal or greater value for the next finder. Please do
not leave any religious or political trade items. Geocaching is
supposed to be a light, fun activity, not a platform for an agenda.
Do not leave any food or anything else an animal might sniff out
(soap, scented candles, etc). HAVE FUN!
