This Cache is a short distance off the " main " trail and shouldn't be to hard to find. We have placed a lot of " kids " items in the cache as a way to get the whole family more involved. Original items are an aluminum water bottle, tattoos, rubber stamps, friendship bracelets, sunglasses and various fast food toys.
Special " Goody Bag " for the First to Find !!!
Kids Cache has been placed in honor of my sons who have been caching with me for four years now, they are always excited about what " Treasures " we will find. I have found one of the greatest joys is the actual walk to the Cache, talking with my kids about what we may find hidden. This cache is a pleasant walk down an easy path, take time to enjoy the scenery and you may even spot a deer or two. Smaller cache items have been placed in ziplock bags, please be respectful and only take ONE item from the bags and please leave an item for the next kids that come along.
*************************************************************************************************************** I have gotten a couple of e-mails regarding the Park Permit - please be aware that this has been discussed with the reviewer and we are not certain that this cache is on Park property, I have also contacted Ranger Holliday to verify and will get a permit if necessary.
