A do the math cache
To locate our hidden cache you will have to do the math.It will also help to know the system developed by Melvil Dewey. If your math is correct then you will be able to find our cache.
Now to "Dewey" the math.
At the posted coords you will find a three digit number in yellow this is figure A_ _ _.
Figure B is the two digit number you will find in the cache owners name B_ _.
To find figure C you must add the largest numbers each horizontal and vertical on the Buffalo Scale located in the south wing housing the teen area. C_ _ _.
To find figure D locate the photo of the old Stickley factory
along the ramp to the reading room and computer lab. Double the year the photo was taken 19_ _. This number is figure D_ _.
To find figure E locate the painting by Nancy Campbell also along the ramp to see which class year is noted below it. 19_ _ this number is figure E_ _.
Don't add the 19 from figure D or E.
For the final figure F locate the dedication plaque for James T Walsh at the doorway to the community room. Multiply the number of the month times the final number in the year 200_. This number is figure F_ _.
Now go a head and add up all six figures, the total that you get must now be subtracted by 10. When you have this final total use the Dewey system to find our cache. Good luck to all seekers and enjoy the library and the museum housed in the old Stickley factory. Mermaidb50
