This is
a celebration of Geocaching. I found my first cache June 16, 2002.
What an amazing way to get me off the couch and out exploring the
world while meeting so many cool people.
On May 1, 2000 President Bill Clinton announced that at
precisely 12 midnight GPS Selective Availability would be turned
off. This would give the civilian GPS user 10 times more accuracy.
Little did he know that an outdoor sport would soon emerge and
celebrate in conjunction this May with it's 10 year
anniversary.
We will be meeting at Brix Pizza. I have booked the upstairs for
us and it will accomadate about 35 people. The down stairs can take
the overflow.
