This cache is in the Kids Creek restoration project with lots of nearby parking. Parking co-ords are N44 44.104 and W085 38.866. There once was a grist mill powered by one of several dams in this area. The dams were also used to generate electricity for the local farm. You can still see the remains of some of the dams. Much of the creek running through this area has been improved to restore better trout habitat. You can occasionally see one of the brook trout darting about in the creek. Please return the cache to it's secure spot.
