Geocache Description:

Kemigawahama Station is a station of Keiyo Line of JR East. It was practiced medicine with the opening to traffic of Keiyo Line of March 3, 1986. The station name was acquired in form to borrow Shinkemigawa Station of Soubu Line and a station name of the Kemigawa Station of the Keiseichiba line. A tentative name called "Kemigawa new subdivision Station" was added to a station name before the commencement of practice.

検見川浜駅はJR東日本の京葉線の駅です。1986年3月3日の京葉線の開通とともに開業されました。駅名は、総武線の新検見川駅及び京成千葉線の検見川駅の駅名を拝借する形で付けられました。開業前の駅名には、元々この一帯が埋め立て地で、地名がなく、近くに海浜ニュータウンがある事から「検見川ニュータウン駅」という仮称が付けられていました。
