MissJenn: This cache is being archived after a request from The Nevada Department of Transportation. The Cache Owner, Clay4&whtwolfden, has received additional information and is responsible for physically removing the container from the location. The same applies for all other caches in this series. Drive safely.

Several Reviewers and Lackeys have teamed up to take all the necessary steps to archive the series and so you will see different usernames taking action on this series of many caches.

Groundspeak thanks everyone for their cooperation.

Geocache Description:

Aliens have invaded the ET Highway and wanted to get in on the geocaching craze. There are at least 1000 caches along this stretch of the Extraterrestrial Highway. How many can you do in a day? All the caches in this series are on the north side of the road; therefore, for safety reason, this series should be done going north bound (from Ash Springs towards Warm Springs) start with 001 and work your way to 1000!

Some things to remember when doing this series

*Start with low numbered caches & work towards higher numbered caches
*Make sure you have plenty of water.
*Cell reception out here is not great so don't count on having phone service.
*Make sure you keep a full tank of gas (closest gas stations are Ash Springs, Alamo and Tonopah).
*Make sure you have a good spare tire and that is has air in it
*Be careful, this road isn't super busy but it is still well traveled
*Probably not a good series to have small kids or pets roaming around
*This area is OPEN RANGE, that means no fences, and cows have the right of way.
*If traveling at night, watch your speed, and don't over do it
*Have fun!

"Please drive very carefully while participating in this geocache series. Truck drivers and the general public have complained that vehicles are stopping on the road in blind spots and / or pulling out in front of fast moving traffic causing near misses. This is very dangerous and may result in someone getting hurt and/or this entire series of geocaches being archived."
GOOD GOLLY, check out that sweet coin!!
