Geocache Description:


The posted coordinates are not the site of the cleanup but for the meeting place prior to the cleanup. We will be meeting in the parking lot of the Jackson Farm Sunoco on Route 40.

***Meet at 8:30 am to sign in and get organized***

We will then move down the road to get started.

I have a few sets of coordinates. The garbage is along an area about 1/2 mile long. Lots and lots of tires! We estimated about 325-350.

I am organizing this with Carl and Gene from PA Cleanways and George and Ralph from the Redstone Township. They will also be helping and providing equipment and dumpsters.

Please wear boots/proper clothing/bring gloves and come ready to work! We will need lots of help...recruit!

I am still looking for a place to meet afterwards for food/drinks and prizes. I will update the page as I get information.

Please post how many in your group and what you will bring for the get-together afterwards.

The past 3 years have been a huge success! I know we can do it again. Hope to see you there!

We will meet afterwards at Redstone Township Park for a potluck lunch. Please bring something to share. We will also give out door prizes.
