This is for all of the locals that say there are not enough caches that you can hike to around here. Well here you go, put on the boots, grab some water and get out there.
Also, I am hoping that by putting some new caches out in this, my favorite park, it will get some more caching interest out here. This is a killer park for caching and should be visited.
I was looking around in the back parts of the park for a place to hide a cache. I said to myself, "Hey, that looks like a good spot!". When I got to the spot, I found an ammo can for the last stage of an old abandoned mutli from years past called the Bonanza series. At the time of this writing only one of the stages is still active. So I am going to relaunch it because it is such a good container and great spot. I have left all of the old swag in it for the caching historians.
The farm is open Wednesday through Sunday only, 9:00AM to 5:00PM and there is no admission fee.
