The original lookout for the City of Griffith.
This is one of three caches that allow the visitor to the area to get a view of the landscape. In a largely flat land, a few hills provide a panorama that provide an overview of the area.
It is still worth a stop and a look around. Sadly, the area has been neglected and vandalised and no longer offers the shady picnic area it once was. Perhaps a service organisation could make it a project.
The cache is a 500ml container with a notebook and a few swaps.
