Shave & a haircut... 2 bits, and some vino too !! Traditional Cache

Troll # 5: Ok, This one had a good run. The "Barber" made it even better, by playing the "hot & cold" game with many of the finders. Sigh, he has moved on to larger quarters, and the tasting room is no longer there... so I'm laying this one to rest... "RIP", 10/11/14

Geocache Description:

Ok, This one had a good run. The "Barber" made it even better, by playing the "hot & cold" game with many of the finders. Sigh, he has moved on to larger quarters, and the tasting room is no longer there... so I'm laying this one to rest... "RIP", 10/11/14

I love Murphys, and am proud to call it home. There is so much here for any visitor or resident to enjoy. Great restaurants, quaint shops, historical buildings and monuments, the "old timer's museum", whimsical themes, "Irish Days", Clampers, wine tasting, a great park with a year round creek, etc.... oh, and don't forget caching !!! There are at last count 66 caches within 5 miles of the zip code "95247" in this area... not including this one..
The nearby building has actually housed a myriad of things over it's long history.... - a miners dining hall, an assayers office, a cafe, a doctors office, a writers office... to name a few. The owners have left as much original as possible - the wood floors are original and have the imprint of where the stool seats used to be when it had a diners counter. The current businesses "house" a wine tasting room, and a very "cool" barbershop with a "circa 1928" barber's chair.

The barber, who knows about the cache, wants me to get my beard trimmed. Cache is not on the Building or porch. Please do not wander too far from the co-ords, as the back of the building is also a "private residence". Also, no need to look in the vegetation .... the cache is in plain view if you use your “geo-senses”.

Congrats to blindbutnowisee for the FTF
