FORMERLY one of a series of caches designed to link with the River Thurne Series to complete a circuit mostly on permissive footpaths from Coldhabour in Ludham down the River Thurne to Thurne Mouth and thence up the River Bure to St Benet's Abbey and back to Coldharbour, eleven caches in all. Now mostly archived due to the closure of permissive footpaths.
An easy cache beside St Benet's Road the permissive concrete road to St Benet's Abbey.
Please do not park on St Benet's Road.
A screw top micro, containing a log book only so please BYOP. PBYOP. A pen and a paperclip are basic equipment for all geocachers. Play the game. Sign the log or don't log it as found!
Remarkable grazing marsh landscape with big skies and wide open views. Nearby you can see Hundred Stream, now a dry ditch which marks the original course of the River Ant to its mouth on the River Thurne at Coldharbour
