Geocache Description:

This is a series of caches set up for a run from the Valley to Miami and Globe or vise versa. They are number and named to correspond to the direction of travel. You will need a pin. Congrat's to "bishoptakesqueen" on FTF

These are placed with safety in mind and where there is a pullout and good visibility entering the highway from the side they are placed. Each cache will have the Mile Post it is after or a sign close to the turn out. Read the hints. All Caches are in a small water tight round match containers that are green unless otherwise noted ( 2 are Orange). There are also about 20 more caches on this drive that would make it a full day of caching and lunch.

The drive takes you threw some very historic towns and also into the awe inspiring Devils Canyon.
Miami and Globe have several Mexican food restaurants that have in my opinion some of the best Mexican food in Arizona. I get the chance to eat at the different places because I work in the area. The ones that stick out in my mind are Guayo’s El Ray ( Miami one block north of Highway 60) and Guayo’s on the Trail ( Exit to Roosevelt Lake about one mile after turn). The Burger House on Highway 60 in Miami also serves good fast food. Another good place is Los Hermamos in Superior, which has an excellent tortilla factory too.
