Should the cache owner repair/replace this cache within a reasonable period of time and it meets the current guidelines it may be unarchived.

Created by two banished Guardians (Ganthet and Sayd) who refused to ignore their love for each other, the Blue Lantern Corps serves as a "flicker of hope" in a dark universe.

Blue Lanterns are capable of flight and generating protective auras for the ring bearer. They cannot do anything else, until they are in the vicinity of a Green Lantern ring, because "hope is nothing, without the willpower to enact it." While a Green Lantern ring is nearby, a Blue Lantern can create energy constructs based on thoughts from a target's mind, and they can heal wounds. Grab a power gem, be at peace and remember... "All will be well!" WELCOME TO THE BLUE LANTERN CORPS!

You are sitting in the shade of what used to be a beautiful tree, watching the city across the river. The tree is now withered and old. It barely has any branches left. But there is hope! One day, this tree might once again sprout branches full of fruit and flowers, far and wide! Behind you is the Manhattan Psychiatric Hospital where people come to see professionals for help to assist them in becoming mentally well. They all hope for better tomorrow.
