This location is accessible by fire track for the better part of the journey, however some off track walking towards the end will be required. There is no need to cross fence lines apart from the one at the road side which has a style to get over the fence. My 6yr old accompanied me to place the cache so no problems for adventurous young ones however this is Australia so watch out in summer.
This cache is located in an area that is the closest thing we have to Adelaide that resembles the location of this story. Although we cannot due to health restrictions it would be nice to imagine sailing around these "lakes" as children getting up to all sorts of adventures like the Walker children. This is the first cache in the Arthur Ransom series and will probably be the easiest. I had thought of making this a Mystery cache but harder ones will follow.
