This is the most relaxed and idyllic beach on Phi Phi Island with
no resorts within sight. Crystal clear water, about 50 different
species of fish, two hundred palm trees, isn't it why you come to
this island? Do not forget to bring your snorkelling equipment or
borrow a mask for THB 50 at Long Beach for a day.
The enjoyable walk form Tonsai center takes about 1 hour. Just
follow the path near the beaches to Shark Point/Long Beach (N
07°43.681, E 098°47.317) which is also a nice place for
snorkelling. Stop for a drink half way at the Viking Nature Resort.
From Shark Point you will need about 700 more meters to go. Follow
the ugly surfaced path up the little hill. From the top it will be
obvious.
Alternatively take a long tail boat form Tonsai or Long Beach.
From Tonsai it will be about THB 800 there and back. One way form
Long Beach THB 2-300. Can get some drinks and simple food at the
Rasta Boys'.
Rated it 2,5 because of the heat and the hill near the end.
Have fun!
