DNF Streak Breaker Traditional Cache

A fast easy cache just perfect to break a DNF streak.
I don't think I've ever placed a cache like this before. It's unimaginative, but I've had times (e.g. after a few straight DNFs) that I just wanted a quick easy find even if it was same old, same old, so I decided to place one of my own as a service to other cachers that are in the area and just want or need a simple smiley.
I originally had an imaginative name at least, but it was rejected because it didn't meet guidelines, so this is just a plain old simple cache with a plain old simple name.
Traffic will make access to this area slow at times, particularly on weekend days and during the Christmas shopping season.
This is accessible 24/7, though I'm sure the odds of being questioned by security or the Cary PD will be higher late at night when the businesses are closed. I myself have been questioned by both at another cache in this same shopping area.
Since this is in a busy parking lot, stealth will still be required most of the time.
