This is a launch site for hang gliding, para sailing, or flying around with a piece of cloth holding up, im not sure what it's called.
You can get quite close to the cache with most vehicles.
This cache is easy to find year round, getting there would be a bit of a challenge in the winter unless you sled or hike in.
Bring your camera the view is great.
