This is our second family cache but a micro this time. Fairly easy terrain and location. Could be a drive through cache, no road in to speak of but can be driven up to. In the winter you may not be able to drive in so it could be a walk. Straight forward cache. Will change if becomes to difficult in winter months.
Micro container that has log book. Bring your own pen/pencil. FTF certificate in the cache. Camo'd film canister. Terrain could be muddy in the spring and fall months but was ok at hide time. Is near water so please be careful with children. May be dogs or some wildlife and is a no muggle area. Out of way or road so stealth is not required.
