brummelbear: Out with Tony of Team "B" this morning each of us doing maintenance on our own caches. We had time to grab a few caches.

This little series bringing cachers to the site of several of Albert Kahn designed buildings has rum it course. Thanks to all who visited. Cache container removed.

Geocache Description:

Kahn was born on March 21, 1869 in Germany. Kahn came to Detroit in 1880. Albert Kahn Associates was founded in 1895. He developed a new style of construction where reinforced concrete replaced wood in factory walls, roofs, and supports. He designed the Packard Motor Car Company's factory and the Ford Rouge complex. In the early 1930s, he designed over 500 factories in the Soviet Union.

The coordinates listed on the cache page are bogus. You will have to find Walking in Albert Kahn's Foptsteps - 1 and Walking in Albert Kahn's Footsteps - 2 first. Each of those caches contain one of the coordinates that will help you locate this cache.
