The cache is magnetically connected to the pipe, not at all on the bridge it's parallel to. Don't STAND ON THE BRIDGE. It's on the other side. Please remember the golden rule of geocaching - if you take something, leave something of equal or greater value.
Be careful, timing is very important to keep from alarming the muggles! You will need a special tool to get it. BYOP, and as always, have a nice day.
