Sir PhilPamAndRob: After 12 years I've decided to archive this mini series.

Much has changed in that time - trees have fallen
and the golden egg vanished (yes, the final was once a golden egg!)
Final change couple of years ago was the introduction of parking charges.

I walked the set last night and picked up the containers.
Thanks to everyone that found these over the years.

Geocache Description:

The Goose That Laid the Golden Eggs is one of many fables attributed to Aesop. The storyline is as follows :

A man and his wife had the good fortune to possess a goose which laid a golden egg every day. Lucky though they were, they soon began to think they were not getting rich fast enough, and, imagining the bird must be made of gold inside, they decided to kill it. Then, they thought, they could obtain the whole store of precious metal at once; however, upon cutting the goose open, they found its innards to be like that of any other goose.

The morals of this story are “Greed destroys the source of good”, “Think before you act” and “Those who want too much lose everything.”

One of these Golden Eggs is hidden nearby. It is not at the listed co-ordinates, and in order to find it you must first find four other eggs – one each that is Egg-cellent, Egg-sclusive, Egg-sperimental and Egg-streme.

These each contain one of the values of A,B,C or D that will enable you to find the Golden Egg at N 53 21.AB9 W 003 08.CD7
