This is an offset multi-stage cache that will involve a short stroll around Crownhill Village in Plymouth.
It is close to my place of work and I often walk around the area for exercise during my meal breaks.
All the route is paved though it may be necessary to use the underpasses in the area to cross busy roads. It is possible for wheelchair and pushchair users to complete
The above co-ordinates are for the 1st of 3 stages requiring some answers to questions before the final stage can be achieved. NOTE - there are no containers to find at Stage 1 2 or 3 but careful observation and some fingers to count with may be helpful!

N 50° 24.499 W 004° 08.006 though you should complete this task in about 15 - 25 minutes at the very most.
To obtain the co-ordinates of the final cache from the car-park at the above co-ordinates go to:
Stage 1
At N50° 24.456 W004° 08.014 read the sign : if you have queries the last 2 digits of the number to ring = A
Stage 2
Next go to N50° 24 423 W° 004 07.981 - if you have a complaint there is a telephone number - add all the digits of the FULL number together and take away 4 from your total = B
Also - from the year of the Town Police Clauses Act take away 1254 = C
Stage 3 ( updated due to number change 210610)
At N50° 24.535 W 004° 07.952 read the sign - the parking charge is D x 10 and finally
read the last four digits of Parkingeye Ltd’s telephone number and take away 2069 from that four figuire number = E
The Final cache is at : NA° B.C W004° 0D .E and is a micro container.
