This cache may not be wintertime friendly. The road that you turn onto off of Rapid City Rd is Chaney Creek Dr. NW. It looks like a private drive and there is not a Chaney Creek Dr. sign by the road, but it does take you back farther than you can see. Keep to the right near the end where the road splits (the less traveled road by the abandoned house and trout ponds). You will see the State Forest sign (no motorized vehicles allowed). Follow the pathway and let your GPS do the steering. The walk is not far and the scenery is beautiful.
