Der kører tog en gang i timen til København og Østerport og lidt flere i myldretiden. De fleste tog køres af Dobbeltdækkertog, resten af IC3.
Once, the railway station at Kalundborg, was were you left gor Jutland. The DSB (Danish State Railways) owned the ferries for Samsø and Århus. Now only Molslinien remains, primarily for lorries, and Samsølinien for local traffic to Samsø, so the people arriving by train for the ferries are usually for Samsø.
The trains runs an hourly service towards Copenhagen Central and Copenhagen Østerport, extra trains running in rush hour. Most trains are formed of leased german dubbeldecker waggons, the rest of danish IC3 trainsets.
