Geocache Description:

...but you can't make it walk the dog.

This new parking area recently opened and it looks like it is still rarely used. There is a small dog park and is a staging area for horse rides in these hills. I'm hoping more trails are developed around here and hopefully more caches, too. I have a feeling it will be pretty hot around this spot in the summertime for people, dogs and horses, at least until the trees grow in some more. May this space stay open for a long time to come.

This should be a quick park and cache. For now, I bet the muggle factor will be low when searching since this place still seems fairly unknown.
