This is a large size cache container located at the Winchester Rest Area.
Beware of the mugglers at this location. The cache is well hidden from anyone in the park. Use stealth on your approach. Otherwise, this should be an easy find.
Do not cross the fence. Stay away from the ramp and roadways. Start from the picnic area in the park.
Please cover the cache container with sticks and debris to hide it from mugglers.
