This is a Wherigo Cache. In order to find this cache, you must play the cartridge on a compatible GPS unit or Pocket PC with an installed Wherigo Player. You can download the cartridge here.
The posted coordinates will take you to a parking area for Flushing Riverview Park (open until dusk). This is where you will begin your journey. You will hike (or bike) your way along the Flushing Riverview Trail until you arrive at Flushing County Park (open 8:00 AM until sunset). By the time you arrive at the final cache location (about 1.9 miles later) you will have learned a little bit about Flushing history, local geography and habitat. There are several picnic tables along the trail and in the county park, so bring your entire family and enjoy a picnic while you are here.
The cache is a clear Lock & Lock container. Be aware of the possibility of muggles while searching for the cache. When you are finished, please hide the container as you found it. In order to claim this cache as found, you must physically find the cache and sign the log sheet. There is no "unlock code" required with the completion of this Wherigo. Although it is not required, please upload your completed saved game file (gws) to the Flushing Riverview Trail Wherigo page so I can keep track of completions.
