This is simple off set cache. The above coordinates will take you Clark County Airport.You will be looking for a F86 Sabre.The 4 digit number on the tail fin is what you will use to find the final location. The F86 Sabre was the main air to air fighter when the US threw their "Hat In The Ring"during the Korean War.

For A subtract 4 from the last digit.
For B subtract 0 from the last digit
For C subtract 4 from the first digit
For D subtract 2 from the first digit.
For E add 0 to last digit.
For F add 2 to second digit.
