Geocache Description:

Fisherman can be found nearby but there are rarely any muggles near where the cache is hidden. It's not in plain sight but with the right touch you will find it.

There is parking off PCH in the Northbound direction only. Sometimes it's full from the anglers so you may need to walk a bit.
