Geocache Description:

Cammoed match tube. Contains only log, bring own stick. Park carefully, fairly consistent traffic on this narrow road. Please rehide well.
Note: on road side of fence. Within road limit.

The Woodstock Drive-In was a fixture in Carleton County from 50's to late 70's. During its heyday, the Drive-In was full most nights in the summer. Thursday nights - $1.00 a carload - was probably the most popular nights. It was a contest to see how many people could cram into a vehicle and go. On pay per person nights it was common practice to smuggle people in the trunks of cars.
The marquee, screen, canteen, admission booth, and speaker posts all still exist.
