Geocache Description:

Having often wondered why there were no caches at the coast between Happisburgh and Caister, I reached the conclusion its because so much of this coast is Nature Reserve or SSSIs so this is my push to rectify the matter. None of this series in on an SSSI or within a designated National Nature Reserve but are as close as they can get to these beauitiful areas.

This cache is a micro film pot cache on the track from West Somerton to Winterton Ness. It is as close as possible to the edge of the SSSI. Limited parking available at the church (see waypoint). Alternatively park at Winterton Beach Car Park (see waypoint) and walk along the beach or through the Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve.

The Fisherman's Return in Winterton is a good place to eat.
