Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Ringwood State Park. Park hours are currently listed as 8:00AM to 8:00PM.

The cache container is a small lock & lock. There are a lot of thorns nearby, but you should be able to avoid them easily.

Take this opportunity to check yourself for ticks. These little devils are lurking year-round. I found one burrowed into my arm after returning from my hike after placing this cache.

Butler Mine is located a little south-west of this cache.

Hunting: Hunting is permitted in sections of this park. It is suggested that you wear bright orange or avoid hiking here during hunting season.
Wildlife: These parks are home to all sorts of wildlife. I have run across black bear, snakes, deer, lots of TICKS here (and more).
General: You are responsible for your own safety. Be observant & cautious of all hazards at all times. Trails, rocks, etc can be quite slippery when wet or leaf covered, carry a trail map & cell phone, know how to use your gps, etc.
