Harbour Quays (Wellington) Traditional Cache
boxhill: The last Needs Archive log is just a lot of nonsense from someone who has obviously no idea of the situation here.
But chatting to someone this morning who knows a reasonable amount about what's going on here, it seems the area will be out of bounds for quite a while yet. With this in mind I've decided to call time on it.

Harbour Quays will be the most spectacular business environment seen in Wellington for decades and embodies all the principles of a modern, progressive workplace. Striking a balance between old and new architecture, this development features newly designed, modern buildings blended with older, character buildings. All this is set amongst a network of open spaces, making full use of extensive landscaping and a modern infrastructure
Centrepoint the Wellington Port Company has an ambitious plan to develop nearly 41,000m2 of commercial office space on empty land near the Westpac Stadium. To date two large office buildings have been completed one housing the BNZ and one the Department of Statistics. A third nearing completion will be home to Customs. Future plans are for another seven buildings with cafés, bars, restaurants, childcare, medical, banking, convenience and postal facilities.
This cache will take you to the area to observe what has been achieved so far, and to may be ponder over whether the vision is working.
Although the cache should be reasonably easy to find please use the utmost stealth and discretion when searching. The person you can see through the window, who should be working out if unemployment really has risen by 0.05% in the last year compared to 1950 may be watching you.
Cache contains a log sheet only please bring your own pen.The area can be accessed from the walkway to the stadium. There is little or no public parking

Please take some time before leaving to ensure that the cache is re-hidden exactly as you found it.
