We came across this old, neatly kept church, while out scouting areas for RACECAR. Being that we are interested in this type of history, we had to stop in. Tried the door and found it opened. You can go in, sign the guest book and look inside. Please make sure to shut the doors when you leave. There is a beautiful old organ inside too!
Take the time to go all around the church yard. There are two carins located in the yard. One dedicated to the Pioneers of the Foxleigh Community and the other to the Foxleigh Rural School Field day association. A lovely old church that deserves a visit!
It is a small camoed container you are looking for. Please replace well hidden for the next cacher. All good cachers carry a writing instrument. Enjoy your visit at the St. Mathews Church!
